We are a team of qualified Clinical Psychologists and Social Activists experienced in the field of individual and group therapy for different age groups, social skills development, conducting rights based workshops and capacity building trainings, working with victims of sexual violence and investigating workplace sexual harassment cases.

Gitanjali has an M.S. in Clinical Counseling Psychology (USA) and M.A. in Clinical Psychology (India). She has varied experience in the pediatric mental health field. She specializes in individual & group therapy. As Head of Counselling and Special Education at a premier non profit for children, she has set up and led school based counseling and special education programmes catering to over 2500 children.
Having learnt the workings of social skills group at Illinois, USA she has successfully introduced this concept in MCGM schools working with children from marginalized backgrounds. She has trained counselors on running social skills groups and created content for the same.
She works in an individual capacity providing therapeutic services to children and young adults. She provides direct clinical supervision to school counselors, and is instrumental in developing various interventions for addressing learning gaps, milestones development, social and emotional learning and awareness programmes. In addition to her private practice, she consults with multiple NGOs and companies.
Suchismita graduated from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi before she went on to complete her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Delhi University. She has worked at the Delhi Psychiatry Centre in Delhi, Masina Hospital Mumbai and New Horizons child development center in Mumbai in the past.
She has been instrumental in the development of Project HEAL at The Foundation, a Mumbai based NGO. Project HEAL focuses on working against child sexual abuse in India with a dual emphasis on prevention and psychosocial rehabilitation. After 8 years of experience as the Director of The Foundation, Suchismita has recently transitioned to an advisory role.
She is also currently working on a collaborative project with Germany’s ‘Don’t’ Offend’ project to prevent child sexual abuse in India by doing preventive behaviour therapy with pedophilically inclined individuals. Apart from currently running her private practice, Suchismita is also a guest lecturer at St Xaviers College, SIES College and R.D. National College and also works actively in the space of ‘Prevention of sexual harassment of women at the workplace’ with various large corporates.
Anubha holds 14 years of practise in Delhi and Mumbai. One of her areas of specialisation is workplace sexual harassment. She has been on the panel of HCL technologies, BBC India limited, Delhi University, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, Western Region, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Limited and Kotak Investment Advisors Limited and is a Gender and Law trainer for TCS.
Rayomand SirvalaYoga and Wellness
Rayomand has been a Yoga Practitioner since the last 30 years and has been teaching yoga since the past 17 years. His expertise lies in designing scientifically designed programs to rejuvenate and bring balance to all the systems of the body. He has provided his services to a number of renowned corporates such as HSBC, Novartis, Accenture, Johnson and Johnson, Deloitte, Crisil and many more.
Radhika holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology, she is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Delhi University. She also holds over five years of experience in Research, CSR advisory and project management. She has worked for TISS and Childline India in the past and is currently heading an UNICEF funded research for The Foundation, Mumbai.
Janavi DoshiForensic Psychology
Janavi has a background in Forensic Psychology (U.K) and is one of our facilitators and Forensic Psychology experts. Having worked on the issue of child sexual abuse, Janavi is passionate about the application of psychology to the criminal justice system.She also conducts workshops on Forensic Psychology for colleges.
Sanaa is our advisor on organisational strategy and programme design. She has designed and led projects in school adoption, public private partnership, remedial education, counselling, early childhood education and teacher training. She has been COO of a premier non profit organisation working in the area of education for children from marginalised communities. She currently heads investor relations at an international non profit organisation advising over 300 companies on CSR, employee engagement and community development projects. Sanaa has a keen interest in child development and has authored a book on child rights.
